To make a detailed production plan, you especially need to be careful about production on order. So getting accurate information from the sales staff is important. To get efficient changeover, the point is to make the fixtures common and how well we can do our off line set up to externally control the product changeover.: 要制定周密的生产计划，必须特别注意订货生产，从营业人员处事先获得准确的信息是至关重要的。对于高效的工序切换这一点，关键在于夹具的通用化以及线外准备所占比重。
